When writing a LaunchAgent for macos the main option is to direct stdout/stderr to files.
MacOS does have their 'Unified Logging System' but it is not connected to LaunchAgents by default.

There are various daily/weekly emails that are useful, but only need one in the inbox.

To power things like my own interpretation of echofeed it would be nice to have a small rss frontend that on object creation, posted the same data to Kafka where it could be fed into other scripts.
